It's amazing that some in Brentwood, Missouri would be crazy enough to screw over those businesses that DO NOT allow children inside whatsoever, and freely choose on their own to be a smoking establishment catering to adults, and of course would fall under the 25% or less food sales exemption in the county ban going into effect in January 2011.
